Gluten friendly options, NOT a completely gluten free establishment, but the waitstaff were very knowledgeable about cross contamination risks. Gluten friendly pancakes were wonderful, they will clean the grill before cooking them. Waffles unfortunately not safe as they are made in the same waffle maker. Home fries are also not safe, deep fried in oil where they cook other gluten foods.
