Santa Fe Woodstock

Waited 20+ minutes after we were sat for service that never came. The table next to us who got sat at the SAME TIME as us had their appetizers come out before we even got a chance to place our drink order. I even heard the server say to them “are you ready to place your food order? No rush” while we had not even been greeted by her despite being sat at the same time. I’m a bartender and the people I was with also have lots of experience in the industry so we get it, sometimes things happen, but theres really no excuse here. The restaurant was basically empty and all the staff walked past us several times without even looking in our direction. If the restaurant is near empty the guests that are there shouldn’t have to flag down servers to get their attention especially when their drink orders have not even been taken. Mind you I’ve never even written a bad review about a restaurant before but that’s how wrong this rubbed me. The food is bland and white washed anyway and clearly they’re not used to actual Latinos coming in. I mean what else am I supposed to think when every table except ours is getting served. Amazing tasting food it was fast too the waiters were exceptional and the atmosphere was amazing if you go you have to try the calamari! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
