Mcdonald's - Woodstock

I was having a terrible Thanksgiving morning, but when I arrived at this restaurant, I received the best service ever! The staff was incredibly sweet and cheerful on this early Thanksgiving morning. I truly appreciate everything this location has done for me. I drove seven and a half hours to visit this place bright and early on Thanksgiving Day. I love you all so much! This McDonald's really impressed me during lunch this Saturday! They were efficiently handling orders and my cashier was patient and courteous with our special request. The piano music was a refreshing change from the typical modern tunes. Great job, everyone!

I ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches with fries and a drink. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were very disappointing. The chicken was tough and dry, and the buns tasted like they had been microwaved for too long. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever came to assist me. I ended up leaving without addressing my concerns. It was a terrible experience.

Awful location. The employees were talking and laughing so much that I had to repeat my order three times, so of course they got it wrong. When I looked at the receipt and saw the mistake, a woman (manager maybe? If so, yikes. She sets the tone. came tothe window to ask for clarification and then turned her back to me and walked away while I was still answering her. The youngguy working the window was nice, at least. But the prevailing attitude there is that they 're doing you a favor getting you whatyou paid for, and btw, you 're interrupting their fun. I guess we 're living in act your wage times. Go to Chick-fil-A nextdoor, even if you have to wait.

Confused my order with someone else?s first, proceeded to be extremely rude when taking the food back. A person doing DoorDash came in for food, and one of their workers slammed the food down and walked away. Overall, the customer service here was awful.Truly unhappy people.
