Starbucks - Woodmere

The service was terrible; I waited 30 minutes just for a drink. The beverage was absolutely awful. I will not be returning to this place.

I ordered the Carmel ribbon crunch I order this drink once a month usually it be super sweet but today it was bitter this was the first time this happened so I’m giving it three stars for now but if this happened again ima turn this into a 1 star

Ordered one drink, got it with a different milk not what I requested and the barista gave me such a dirty look. She spilled out the other drink and prepared a new one without even telling me it was done.

Waited 25 mins in the drive thru line to order to be told they are only taking cash. Who still carries cash? Like what? Put a sign out!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately this is the only star bucks close to my work. Everytime I go I am in the line for at LEAST 30 mins. They are so SLOW!! It’s unbelievable. Today I ordered my usual which they were out of. So I had to waste my time and sit for 22mins until I could leave due to the fact that the drive thru does not have any exits on the side. Hopefully no one ever has an emergency while in the drive thru.
