Carl's Jr. - Woodland Hills

The sign on the window clearly says that the dine-in opens at 6am. When I pulled the door to open it, it was still locked at 6:02 am. One lady behind the counter shakes her head NO at me and turns away. The other two ladies turn around and ignore me as well. When I returned from getting gas at the station next door at 6:20 am, the doors were still locked. I will be calling the corporate office to report this. They had enough employees to accommodate me, but chose not to.

Great place to grab a quick lunch and dinner when the time is right.!

Not once but twice have they tried to ring me up for the wrong item and then , gave me the completely wrong item in the bag as well.... I ordered a jalapeno double cheeseburger .. they gave me a single with no jalapenos or cheese and charged me $5..... Kinda felt like I got scammed.........

First I want say that the staff is very friendly, I eat here at this location at least 3 times a week. Every time I get my food, it’s hot freshly made and fast. The manager Liliana is doing an excellent job!! The dining room is always clean and so are the bathrooms. I give them two thumbs up :

I received my order promptly, the cashier was friendly, and when I requested ketchup, they provided more than one packet, which I appreciated. It's always annoying when you order fries and a burger and only receive one or two ketchup packets with no napkins, but that was not the case at this restaurant. I will definitely be coming back again.
