Subway - Woodbury

This is hands down the best Subway in Woodbury. The restaurant is clean, the staff were polite, the food was prepared perfectly, and everything tasted fresh.

Awful customer service. Team of 4 employees were working on an online order. We were standing there for 3 minutes with no acknowledgment that we existed. Left without ordering.

Hi, unfortunately my sandwich was not made correctly. The only ingredients they got right were the ham and lettuce. I had ordered ham, lettuce, and cheese, but they also added green peppers, onions, cucumbers, and spinach. They forgot the cheese completely.

I ordered 3 sandwiches and a bowl for delivery, but only received 2 sandwiches and the wrong bowl. When I called the restaurant, they informed me that they were out of Italian bread. After ordering the missing sandwich on a different type of bread, the manager made it and had it delivered to me 20 minutes later. It was a great save.

Simply the best underground in woodbury. clean restaurant, workers were polite, eating was well done and everything was fresh food: 5/5
