Rustic Root - Woodbury

I went to celebrate my friend's birthday for brunch. The hostess and waitress were both so sweet and genuinely excited for my friend's birthday and treated us very well. Our water was always full and we were checked on frequently. The egg sandwich was delicious. We even got some mocktails (the Rich Girl was perfect for brunch) and dessert, complete with a candle for the birthday girl. Beautiful little spot with ample parking, great drink choices and friendly staff.

AMAZING WEEKEND BRUNCH! Such a great meal at rustic root with cute earthy aesthetics. Super family friendly as well lots of kids and families. We got the crispy chicken sandwich with regular fries, burger with truffle fries, lox flatbread, and harvest salad. My favorites were the chicken sandwich and lox flatbread chicken was perfectly crispy and super moist, the lox was perfectly salty and smooth! The salad was disappointing because it was super overdressed. The apples were tart but the dressing was also very acidic so it was a double acidic dish which was a bit unpleasant. The burger on the other hand was great very juicy. The truffle Parmesan fries were more parm than truffle could not taste truffle but had a great crunch to them. The regular fries were a bit not salted. Overall great meal aside from the salad.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant! Really great drinks, food, and atmosphere. Cozy and small with a friendly but timely wait staff. I had the mussels which were fantastic and the burger. Highly recommend!

Skillet Cornbread is so good. First eating cornbread with real coin. Also sweet corn is fresh and from meters farm daily! Beef burgers and organic chicken wings are also delicious!!

Usually, I give an establishment a few visits before writing a review, but I'm so impressed with this restaurant I have to comment after only 1 visit. From the roses on the table to the napkins in the bathroom, Rustic Roots is white glove service minutes the stuffiness and formality. The wait staff was absolutely amazing, and the food delicious. Get the skillet cornbread and the crispy chicken sandwich with extra jalapeno aioli. Oh my God, I wish I were eating that right now. Salt and vinegar fries were delicious too. They also cook your burger properly, so medium rare is actually medium rare. Everyone in my group only had the best things to say about this place. Good beer selection and cocktails, but also an impressive non-alcoholic section of beverages. I like that they cater to drinkers and non-drinkers.
