Auntie Anne's - Woodburn

The pretzel here is consistently excellent, especially when topped with the sweet almond crunch and caramel sauce—it's a winning combination every time. I also love the soft pretzel sticks paired with jalapeño cheese and marinara. I've never had a bad experience. We make it a point to stop by whenever we're in the area.

The staff asked me to wait 5 minutes for my pretzel since they didn't have any prepared, which I was perfectly fine with. However, the pretzel turned out to be undercooked and had raw dough in it. I was quite disappointed with this experience.

A chain restaurant is always a reliable choice at an outlet. This was the first time I was asked whether I wanted my sour cream and onion pretzel salted or unsalted, and I appreciated that!

I hardly ever touch the google review section, but I wanted to thank Anthony (Manager) for his superior customer service. We had a bad experience the first time there and he was sure to show us the definition of real customer service I can?t thank him enough. Fast, Friendly and Clean! Earned my business.10/10

Went there yesterday and my day was going pretty good until I walked in to this place (the one by Perfumania). I ordered my pretzel and the young gal was giving off some pretty nasty attitude. When I asked for cheese she slammed the cheese on the Cash register. Her customer service was awful. Then when my sister asked for her pretzel she asked if she could put parmesan and garlic on it and she told her No because they were about to close. It was only 8:20pm.
