The staff is friendly, and the establishment is tidy, offering the same quick and delicious food that this chain is famous for. The drive-thru has a double loop to reach the pick-up window. Make sure to double-check your order, as they are often quite busy and may rush through it.
Usually you have a good experience in Chick-fil-A and this trip was no exception. Had a very big order in the ride and the staff took care of us very well in the middle of the lace lunch brush. The food was fresh and delicious as always!!
This is by far the worst Chik Fil A I've ever had. I visited here 5 different days on 5 different days. The service is completely unreliable and unpredictable whether your order is correct or is made correct. The staff does not seem to care if an order is incorrect or if you address a problem to them. I am willing to see a mistake here and there, but this has happened on several occasions during breakfast, lunch and dinner. My first big thing is that employees take several tables that limit the amount of customers sitting in the restaurant. I counted 13 employees at a time with four tables that were ridiculously loud where my daughter wanted to go because it was too loud. It must have been a whole shift of workers taking tables at one point. If the staff will eat during the lunch break, they either have to call an employee dining section or they have to leave the restaurant. My second biggest thing was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The garbage cans overflowed where the self-opening function would not work and garbage fell on the floor. I brought this to one of the managers and I felt like there was no concern at all to keep the restaurant clean. The floor was sticky and looked like it hadn't been chopped for days. There was food, crumbs and liquids on the ground. My third biggest problem is the designated employee parking space in the parking lot. Locking off places for employees is ridiculous because the parking lot is already small enough to start with it. With an employee parking area limits the ability to supply food to customers and parking for those who eat inside. It is ridiculous and rude for the customer because it makes the drive thru lines obnoxily longer than they must be. When I went through the ride, I waited a minimum of 30 minutes and this is not during the rush hour or the lunch time. I live only 4 minutes from this Chik Fil A and I will now be out of my way to avoid my money, time, along with its service and how it leads your business to customers, unless there is a serious overhaul in management and/or employees. Some form of financial compensation must be assigned because I am not the only customer who has addressed this. Before you think about visiting this Chik Fil A, take a look at the reviews and try to waste your time.
I've always been a fan of Chick-fil-A, but my two recent visits to their Virginia locations left me disappointed. They've nearly eliminated the landscaping in the parking lot and the seating areas, replacing them with designated pickup spots and a break room for employees. While the food is still fantastic, the overall atmosphere has suffered, making it hard to fully enjoy the experience. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning.
