Starbucks - Wood Village

After I ordered my 2 grande vanilla lattes, I asked the dame that worked the window to add the points on my app, she said she couldn't do it. I always get my points. she just didn't want to do her job and was too busy talking. 9:1 3:41 o'clock.

Haily, Christina, and Amy are amazing! I will definitely be back here when I shop, and it's so nice to see their smiling faces. I would say "thank you" in person, but I can't see their faces due to masks. However, I can tell from their eyes that they are happy! Thank you, ladies!

They took care of me. When asked for a half caf they simply made the decaf as a pour over without any fuss. great service and clean.

The staff at this restaurant were awful! We ordered a pink drink and they gave us old coconut milk instead. When we asked for a remake, they were giving us attitude. Their drinks were poorly made and it seemed like they were just throwing things in a cup. I had to give them 1 star, but if I could, I would give them zero stars. The service was terrible and very rude. When we mentioned allergies to milk, they were extremely disrespectful. I do not recommend going there, it's much better to visit the Starbucks in the same parking lot.
