Pizza Hut - Wolverhampton

We received our pizza order promptly and all the correct items were included. However, one of the pizzas was burnt and the cookie dough was also burnt, with the ice cream completely melted. Overall, I usually enjoy Pizza Hut but my recent experiences at this particular outlet have been disappointing.

45 min to deliver, ok that was to be expected, But to have a cold, stale pizza from such an established brand was very bad. The supreme pizza should have been called onion pizza as thats pretty much all that was on it. My son and I did consider eating the box it came in as believed it looked fresher and tastier than the pizza itself. Never ever ordering from there again total waste of money

Came at 9pm on a Wednesday and it was nice and quiet so we were saved straight away : Salad bar was fresh and we all enjoyed our pizzas. 25% off the total bill made it a really good price (Cineworld Unlimited card Would go again!

Placed order for home delivery at 8pm phoned at 9.30pm to see where it was, the guy who answered the phone was rude and just palmed me off with 'he 's just left the car park ' phoned 4 times after that, first time someone answered then hung up, phoned again 3 times and didn 't get any answer 2 and a half hours in and still didn 't receive my food. If you 're thinking of ordering from here I wouldn 't bother, I 'd go with dominoes

I would not recommend this restaurant if you are looking for gluten-free pizza. The gluten-free option was very small and didn't have enough meat toppings like I expected. However, the delivery man was very nice.
