O Bistro At The Inn On Main - WOLFEBORO

My family visited O for their Thanksgiving dinner buffet, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and despite being overworked, they remained patient. The buffet selection was absolutely delicious! The prime rib exceeded my expectations. On my first trip, I skipped the turkey and fish, thinking I would save them for round two, but I ended up too full to go back for more! Fingers crossed this buffet will be available again next year. We will definitely be returning!

I had a fantastic dinner at the Bistro tonight. The food and service were outstanding. The Parmesan haddock served on a bed of spinach was remarkable, and the pork chop with drunken cranberries was truly unique. The quality of the food exceeded expectations. Additionally, the service was attentive and dedicated. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

We chose this restaurant to celebrate our daughter's engagement and to enjoy a family mini-vacation in Wolfeboro, NH, thanks to its appealing menu. We made a reservation for 6:30 PM, but unfortunately, we waited an hour for our salads, and the wait for our duck dishes was even longer. We were finally served at 8:20 PM, and the restaurant closes at 9:00 PM. Meanwhile, tables that were seated after us had already finished their meals and left. When my husband politely inquired about our order, the staff member who came out seemed indifferent and rude, showing little concern for our special occasion. They did offer us complimentary desserts, but despite the deliciousness of the duck when it finally arrived, we won't be returning.

We have this restaurant regularly for years when you are at home on our holiday. That said we were always very satisfied with all aspects of the restaurant food, service, cleanliness, etc.) and it as the best food in Wolfeboro. Unfortunately, after two visits to the restaurant last week, we promised not to return in the future. The first of the two visits was a part we considered generously that it could have been an anomaly), but the second visit was regrettable and confirmed in our opinion that the restaurant was now completely unsatisfactory. In particular, the general attention of the server was terrible had to wait far too long for menus and water that were completely under their control...and their attitude was unbearable and inhumanable); bar service was awfully slow, and I make generous allowances for the restaurants understaffing; Participants were exponentially lower than we experienced in the previous season my son would not eat more than 1/2 of one of his steak tips. And we waited more than 1/2 hours after appetizers that we delivered slowly, but in Fairness, was OK) I can go on, but will summarize everything by saying that it should be avoided in this restaurant at least at this time) if you have quality, service and tariff.

3 of us ate at O?s Bistro on Saturday, 7/9/22, for dinner we had a 6pm reservation. There were two other large parties scheduled in the same room at the same time. The noise was so bad, it gave us all headaches we could barely hear ourselves think. Our waitress was superb, even though it seemed she had more than she could handle with the adjacent large party. The food was very good we all had beef entrees and enjoyed them very much. If we had it to do over again, we would not have stayed the unacceptable acoustics got on all of our nerves and severely decreased our dining pleasure.
