Nolan's Brick Oven Bistro - WOLFEBORO

We tried this place a few times when he was one of the only annual round options in this area. I will agree with other reviews that it is always flying around the bar and the older female bartender is absolutely terrible?-but takeout is not bad. Waiting times are reasonable. I wasn't a fan of pizza, a little too salty for me, but my friend loved it. The garlic cloves are good, like the spinach dip, BLT, and most pasta dishes. When we heard Nolan? ve had our fingers crossed that it was? We haven't noticed any change yet.

My wife and her friend were here for lunch yesterday. She had a $26 salmon court. Halfway, when she came to the thicker part of the salmon, she noticed that it was raw. She called the waitress who seemed shocked that it was raw and took it away to talk to someone about it. She never returned until she fell the check on the table they had not asked for it). Noticing that she had been accused of the Rohlachs who was never addressed, she called the waitress to say that there was a problem with the review. The waitress looked at and said no, no problem. The woman said you accused me of the raw salmon. Waitress said you ate more than half of it so you'll be charged. Woman said I didn't eat more than half because I noticed it was raw. Waitress argued with her about it. Wife asked for manager. Just like, manager said she ate more than half, so she was charged. Wife repeated that it was raw. Manager said we cook our salmon like that. Wife said she had never been served by or was served raw salmon. Manager wouldn't knock. They paid and didn't leave a tip. Terrible experience. Not recommended.

Very nice friendly staff, a great menu selection. Start with a balanced Nolan's Rum Punch, then it just got better. Beautiful handmade Shrimp Pesto Pizza, my favorite. Test the meatballs (perfect mixture) in a delicious sauce. All in all a good meal at a decent price.

The food was excellent. Ready faster than she appreciated, but we're here early. And everything was still hot when we came home. The service was also great. It is nice that they are open a little later than anything else in the city and we will definitely return. Love the atmosphere inside.

Had dinner there for the first time on a busy Friday night. There was a wait but it was definitely worth waiting for. Nolans is a lively, busy pizza joint. So fun! Espresso martini was spot on. As a group we shared onion rings, Greek pizza, chicken broccoli ziti, and garlic bread. All items were wonderful! The garlic bread was especially delicious and packed full of cheese. The pizza is something I will think about for a while. So good! Can't wait to return next time I'm in the area.
