Pizza Hut - Wokingham

When I expect a bbq sauce on my base it would be nice if you actually put it on there. Is your policy that of not actually using ingredients?!

The staff at this restaurant were very friendly. The pizza took longer to arrive than expected. I came in knowing about the collection deal. I wanted to feel like I was back in the 80's! I ordered the pan pizza with a lot of pepperoni. It was alright, but not like I remembered. When I was a teenager, I always used to get the pepperoni pan pizza that was light, fluffy, crispy, and loaded with cheese. The last time I had Pizza Hut, I thought the amount of toppings was a bit lacking. However, this was not the case with the loaded pizza, although there may not have been enough sauce on the pan style. It was a bit dry towards the crust. The taste was fine but not very flavorful. I probably won't try the pan pizza again, maybe a thin crust instead. I recently had a delicious thin crust pepperoni pizza elsewhere that might have replaced Pizza Hut as my favorite pizza place.

Back in the 90s, I used to work at Pizza Hut while studying. During that time, they were considered the best pizza chain and set the standard for others to follow. However, things have changed for the worse in the 30 years since then. The company now uses frozen, pre-prepared dough and vegetables, which has led to a decrease in quality in order to maximize profits. The pizzas are no longer as good as they used to be, with a lack of standout flavors and a mishmash of ingredients. I now only prefer thin and crispy pizzas, and Pizza Hut's version is not as thin as I would like (compare it to Dominos for reference). While the pizza is okay, it is just that - okay. It is better than supermarket pizza, but this once great pizza giant has definitely fallen from grace.

I have tried ordering from this restaurant multiple times, but my order never arrives and the delivery person gets lost. I live on Sadlers Lane, not Sadlers Court. It seems like everyone else can find my location except for the people who should know better. If you live on Sadlers Court, I apologize for any confusion.

Poor and inaccurate delivery tracking and lazy delivery drivers who when they eventually arrive expect you to meet them, rather than delivering to the door. Then the pizzas are cold ..
