Brew Box On Essex - Woburn

Coffee was great, staff were friendly and ambience was good. We were craving for coffee at 4pm and guess what place is open till 5pm. If you want to try some local flavors and support local business. This is must visit place in Salem.

Amazing little place. Wonderful staff. We had two ?cereal milk? lattes? (Milk steeped in the cereal of the day/week; that days was of the cinnamon toast variety)? and two egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches. Everything of the highest quality and taste! Hugeshout out to the staff for dealing with us idiot October Salem tourists. They were as sweet as can be with a line out the door.Can?t wait to try it again during a different month.

Vanilla latte was delicious. My wife got the guava soda and that was great too

Came in on Saturday and wasn’t greeted. First thing the gentleman rudely said to me was “we close in 15 minutes so you can’t order food.” I was only planning on ordering a drink. I ordered and thanked him and the woman behind the counter to which neither of them acknowledged me. How hard is it to say have a nice day? Or thank you? Or you’re welcome? I said thank you 3 different times while ordering to which they never responded. Rude staff. Get a job not in customer service if you don’t want to deal with people. Also, nowhere on any menu was the special cereal milk flavors. Isn’t that the whole advertising point of this place? I ordered an overpriced coffee that ended up full of grounds. Go to odd meter instead.

If they have one tomorrow in salem to get the breakfast, they come here. the menu is small, but this is not bad because what is on it is done well. I don't have to ask if everything's homemade because they can say it. we have eggs/cochdar biscuit sandwiches. the keks was fluffy, the egg too. I don't know how she fakes her egg, certainly unique and very tasty. we also have these really tidy homemade pop carpets. we visited mid-October so they seasonal decorations on them. black coffee was great. the facility is small and made for retreat, but there is a perfect courtyard over the road and next to brew box. there are big rocks for the headquarters. it has completed the experience. the service was also on time. not too long to wait.
