Frische Grube - Wismar

After we have read about the most liked restarants in wismar, we have decided to expect something about the usual dinner. unfortunately this place has not fulfilled our expectations. it is small and beautiful if only smaller parties were allowed. ours. tisch was only m away from a large group of companies that made it difficult to conduct a quiet talk. we had bark and fish, excellent cooked and beautifully served. the chief knows his business. if we only discuss about eating, I would not hesitate to give points, but the entire experience makes me give with this price level I expect a beautiful and cozy ambiente, a high level of service and of course a very good meal. only one of the three criteria has been met.

This is a first-class restaurant where I ordered a cursor menu. everything looked amazing and it tasted incredible! the combination was very interesting and I enjoyed the various aromes that led to a very good dish. Apparently, the menu changes every other day, so it must be all fresh ingredients. it tasted as fresh from the market. everywhere this place is unbelievable, they should try it!

We had the three-course dinner and were really amazed, so well prepared and to find fresh food here. hands down, the best they can get in wismar! the interiors seem a little out of place, but this will not affect our assessment

I am more often for the business in wismar and had the opportunity to check different places throughout the city. actually, I happened to run into the fresh dug on my first trip. christian had my favorites on the menue cordon blue. it was great....The kitchen is fresh and defined standards on a new species. they get the best fish and cooked meet in the city. recommended really fresh made juice and weine of a German winzer and a large champaign for special occasions. each dish is made directly for them and gets hot on the table. waiter are local youngs when they have asked, they can not answer to ask the chef. the smoked fish dishes are the best hot served (instead of hot). the prizes are fair what they get. amazing when I meet it after berlin, hamburg and new york. but who does not go through restaurants in the world cannot see what this kitchen has to offer in a small city like wismar. who likes good real slow eating. that's your address, go and just enjoy the taste.
