Subway - Winter Springs

This is my favorite subway. Dakota makes my sandwiches perfect every time. She is polite, professional and washes her hands frequently ! The store itself is clean and la accessible. Thank you Dakota !

Like most people, ive probably been do dozens of subways, this one is by far the best. Always quality subs from these folks. Keep up the good work, staff!

Horrible customer service. I placed an order through their app, it charged my card, but when I came to pick it up they said the order never came through on their end. I showed them the receipt in the app and the charge in my bank account, and the store manager rudely said “If it doesn’t come through our computer then we can’t help you.” Did not even apologize for the inconvenience. A company who prides themselves on good customer service would have at the very least offered a free cookie or a coupon for next time. How someone with such mediocre customer service skills ends up in a manager position blows my mind. Come on, take a little pride in your work. More importantly, put more value on good customer service.
