Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Winter Park

Order of delivery. Smoothie was usually ice cream that would not go into my straw, did not get any of the food we ordered. There are better smoothies elsewhere.

The smoothies were delicious and the staff made it all a little better by being courteous and friendly.

FIVE DAYS LATER the manager Patrick decided to text and harrass me because he didn't like my review. 100% sure harassment is illegal and if THIS is how tropical smoothie does things they cam expect alot of lawsuits for slander, libel, and harassment. The malicious actions of this establishments employees is EXTREMELY concerning. Refunding and order EVENTUALLY and claiming it was instant doesn't negate the fact that the employees ridiculed and laughed at a customer notifying them of an issue with an order. If I could give less I would. Between REFUSING to refund my order and the employees laughing about it this place is complete trash. Don't waste your money.

I can?t have dairy so I asked for one of the typical flatbread be made as a wrap with no cheese. The kids behind the counter said they couldn?t do that. Ridiculous but okay, I changed to one of the wraps without cheese. They then made the wrap with cheese?and I had to go back to have them remake it. Very very poor customer service.

The little white girl was working by herself at the time so she took my order and made my food and smoothie as quickly as she could and everything came out perfectly! She even apologized for the wait but it was only a few minutes and not bad for one person doing everything.
