They were no larger than my index finger, and together they amounted to about the size of a small chicken breast. For $12.49, I expected much better. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had a disappointing experience at this location.
The Ale House is a classic spot for sports lovers: great drinks, tasty food, and plenty of TVs. You can’t go wrong with the zingers (boneless wings), and my favorite dish is the Mountain Melt—boneless wings topped with your choice of sauce, piled on bacon cheese fries. The menu offers a wide range of options, from salmon and steak to BBQ ribs, tacos, excellent burgers, and plenty of shareable appetizers. They often have drink specials at the bar, and their cocktails are reasonably priced. The portion sizes are generous for the price, making it a great value. Don’t forget to save room for dessert—try Captain Jack’s Buried Treasure, an ice cream cake that’s a real treat. If you skip it, you’ll definitely miss out!
The food and service are excellent. The lunch specials are very affordable.
Our server, Marvin, was fantastic! He had an amazing personality and, most importantly, was very attentive to our orders.
Marvin did an outstanding job! The service was excellent—he was really funny and took great care of me and my friends. I will definitely be returning!
