Mcdonald's - Winter Park

I went to the restaurant around 2:30 PM and they had run out of fries, so they substituted hash browns for my large meal. I ordered four items, but two of them were incorrect. Also, there was no sweet tea available in the lobby.

The staff are really nice, and the bathroom was clean! I saw it for myself!

I met the most amazing employee today, and I believe he was about 85 years younger than me! His personality really impressed me, and I think he would make a great addition as a door greeter. Kudos to the Granby Ace for this hire!

I had a great experience at this restaurant in Winter Park. The service was quick, and the staff provided excellent customer care. We accidentally left behind an ice cream, but the staff went out of their way to deliver it to us in the parking lot. I was really impressed by their politeness!
