フィードバックを提供するThe woman who took my order was not on what was ordered. At the time I was given my order, she had everything in her pocket was open all the food on the bottom of the bag. What a great way to start my day. I haven't stopped a Chick-fil-A in the last 3 to 4 months and now I remember why.
However, my only complaint is that I sometimes overhear the employees chatting outside the drive-thru, and I really don’t want to hear their gossip when I’m just trying to pick up my food. This has only happened a few times, so it might be an issue with management. Interestingly, I’ve never experienced this at any other Chick-fil-A locations over the years.
Yesterday, I waited in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes with my kids. When we finally got our order, the fries were only half full and cold. The salad didn’t come with any condiments, and I also didn’t receive any straws for the drinks. It was a very disappointing experience.
I give this restaurant 4 stars for the time spent waiting and for providing incorrect drinks. We ordered ice cream, but they never informed us that the ice cream machine was broken until we checked our order in the waiting area. The interior cleanliness left something to be desired; I hope the staff will improve their cleaning efforts for the tables and the restrooms.
The lady taking my order through the drive-thru speaker was very nice. I?ve never had a restaurant employee in a drive thru tel me drive safe before. The food was great as well of course.
