フィードバックを提供するI don't want to come off as negative, but this Burger King has been disappointing for the past two years, and things seem to be getting worse. They're rarely open when it’s not sunny outside, and the staff can sometimes be quite rude. I think I'm going to stop eating at Burger King altogether. I don’t see disappointment as a bad thing; it just leads me to seek better options.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor; an employee at the window noticed us, and when I tried to get their attention, the shift manager approached us with an aggressive and rude demeanor. She confronted me and my wife in an unprofessional manner. Additionally, some of our food was cold and burnt. I hope the management takes my complaints seriously and addresses these issues. This occurred on December 3, 2020, at 6:00 PM.
I decided to try this restaurant because the one at Goldrod and East Colonial Drive consistently messes up our orders, and we usually spend between $25 to $35 there at least once or twice a week. Unfortunately, at this new place, we ended up missing half of our order. When I called to report the missing items, they kept us on the line, and they didn't even offer us a way to prove our claim. It's difficult to locate a receipt in my pocket or to remember if we even received the change. The receipt was somewhere, but we definitely didn’t take it seriously and checked to ensure everything was included. Ultimately, we had to return because I didn’t receive my full order.
I come to this place, the food is always cold. I hate that! I pay the same price as all the others at any other Burger King location. The food should be hot and fresh. If you're asking for fresh advertising to be hot, they'll be upset. When I visited, I ordered two double cheeseburgers, 8PC chicken nuggets, medium onion rings and medium frits. There was only one car in front of me and when I had moved around to the window, this car already moved off with her order. When I got into the window, my order was already sacked and waited and I hadn't even paid. I knew that was a bad sign. When I examined my order, the pommes, onion rings and nuggets were hard and cold!! One of the burgers had no pickles on it and the other. This is unacceptable! I never have this problem with Wendy's or McDonalds, especially during lunch.
I will say the employees are super ! Polite, helpful , and just plain nice! My order is almost always correct. The fries could be fresher at times. The issue is, the ice cream machine for shakes is down too often.
