Pho Tao - Winter Haven

The reviewer had a bad experience at the restaurant. The silverware was dirty, they received the wrong dish, and didn't get their order of sweet tea. The waitress was rude and didn't handle the situation well. The reviewer will not be returning to the restaurant.

We are a big family of Pho Tai lovers. This place has very good one. We enjoyed both tasty food and nice quick service. Place is clean and pleasant. Will definitely be back when in the area.

We stopped by the restaurant so that my daughter could order a boba drink. The boba drink was quite delicious! She chose the strawberry flavor, which was similar to a strawberry milkshake but with boba pearls. The woman who took her order was very friendly and prepared the boba drink quickly. Though it was a bit pricey at around $8 for a small cup, the drink was still enjoyable.

After reading reviews, I was confused so decided to check out place myself. Shrimp and pork rolls were mediocre, their peanut sauce wasn't good, online recipes taste better. Pho broth was ok, had better and had worse. Real question is would I go back and the answer is NO. Had significantly better, fresher with better prices elsewhere.

Tried this place out on a Sunday night, only one table was occupied upon arrival. Service was not good. My dish was okay. Also, ordered spring rolls. Not worth another visit.
