Outback Steakhouse - Winter Haven

Last night was so great and the food was good too. We've been to this location a few times, but this was the first time we had Andrew as our server. He was attentive, friendly, and so efficient we cannot say enough about how fantastic the service was. The food was really good as well, came out hot, the steak was juicy, ribs were cooked just right and our toddler's meal was the right temp that she could eat it as soon as it was given to us. The atmosphere was great, Andrew and everyone else that assisted to get our food and drinks out, just did everything right! I could see managers as well actively assisting at the tables and doing their part to ensure each table was getting the utmost service; drinks were never running low, and food was coming out on time. Not sure if management changed, but when we dined last night it was different from our previous experiences dinning here, and one of the very best services we've had anywhere.

I was there tonight with family. Long story short after being seated. It was roughly an hour wait for us to even get the salad. And the waitress didn't have the courtesy to let us know anything about why the meal was being delayed. It took the floor manager to come and explain the delay of our order. I been at work for 13hrs today and I ended up leaving cause I was so bothered. . never again will I ever go back to that restaurant.

Food was delicious. Our sever was very attentive. Visiting again.

We were spending a day with our family, when we finished eating we were eating dessert and talking. The same waiter who served us told us to please leave because there was a large party waiting for our table! There were about 6 tables without people on them, just as big as ours. If you want to go have a good time with your family, don't come to this place!
