Mcdonald's - Winter Haven

Friendly, friendly and fast workers. The order was quickly filled, even though the lines were crazy.

There are never food cold again and employee settings. Expect for 1 young lady the order she was amazing!

My order was two happy meals. They forgot my order and after waiting a long while I went to the counter. After waiting a while again I received them but with no toy and wrong food. Really!!?

Now I don't expect much from McDonald's you know, you get what you pay for. But where on the menu did I order a burnt McMuffin? That's right, nowhere. And that's where you'll see me if you go to this McDonald's. And I ordered a SAUSAGE burrito, typically that comes with eggs, cheese, peppers, and something else......hmm maybe sausage too right?! I get that working a late shift sucks and all but that doesn't excuse you to be bad at your job and ruin people's day. 6th Street Mcdonald's, you're wack.

Staff was rude (even the manager) Spill was on the floor when i arrived and remained there for the HOUR I was there.The self serve drink bar was filthy the entire time and was out of ice, napkins and large lids. There are plenty of other McDs locations near here. Go to one that cares about cleanliness and customer service.
