Bottom of the pizza was soggy, but the rest of everything was tasty

Your delivery time is terrible. Since the last two times ordered and it's almost two hours before I got the food. Then food is not even so good compared to other hungry heathens. Find another cause you need to check a lot.

I stopped ordering from Papa John?s because they?re customer service and timeliness was terrible. This location has had my (kids) business every other week for a year or so. For the first time my delivery was running later than usual (normally early). Even Though it wasn?t yet late, I got a call informing me it was running late and offered a free 2 liter for the inconvenience. Honestly, I think it was only 20 minutes later than what the online estimate said and it?s not even about the free soda. It?s smarts to know that a phone call informing your customer was the right thing to do. Kudos to the crew

So a few years ago I had rated this place a 2 because the service and reasonable delivery times just were very lacking. Since Mike and now Richard took over as GM I have see the store do a complete turn around in delivery times, food quality and customer service. I have not had a single issue since Richard took over and he definitely goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. I am sure that things happen from time to time but I know that he is very quick to make it right and is very passionate about the store and the quality of the food that goes out. I have run several restaurants in my time and the changes are very apparent in a very positive way!

Requested extra cheese , didn?t receive it , not only that there was barley bread to hold the sandwich. some of chicken didn?t look or taste that good. Highly disappointed
