My boyfriend and I with our son stayed at this hotel for one night.we paid 150$ for the stay and when we got to the room it was surprisingly clean. Other than the carpet and the walls which were pretty gross. The beds were very clean but not super comfortable. Overall it was not a bad experience it just could have been better. They ended up charging our charge a 50$ deposit without mentioning anything to us. Today they charged our card for another night. We stayed one night and checked out before 10 am. When we called to ask them why they charged us for another night they claimed that they didn’t and that we needed to call our bank.I think it’s super unprofessional that they tried to charge us for another night and even lied about it. 7/10 probably would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room smelled horribly. Like mold and sewage. The blankets were filthy, as were the floors and the bathroom. We were booked for 2 nights and only stayed one. We couldn't even shower because of how horrible the smell of mold was and how dirty the bathroom floor was. We didn't even have a holder for our toilet paper because there was a big hole on the side of the vanity. The front desk staff was pleasant. We did not continue our stay in room 130 because we felt physically ill in the morning after the first night. This room should probably be reported to the health department. Literally just left here. Pd for 3 nights, drove 7 hrs for my husband to visit family he hasn't seen in a while. Got there unpacked got our dogs settled in and went and visited his cousin. Got back, got ready for bed, and there were 3 bedbugs in the sheet moving and one on my hand! I should have known better when they tried to put us in a mold room at first. On our way back, 7 hrs to home to wash our stuff because no other places let you have dogs. The only other one was sold out. Tried talking to a manager, and the lady told us we had to wait until tomorrow and tried to give us another room. No, thank you. I'd rather sleep in my vehicle at a truck stop. ? 14 hours of driving and money wasted. Definitely don't recommend this place.

My only complaint is the pool being closed at 8. That's way too early. We weren't able to use it because the whole reason we were in town was for dinner with family we haven't seen in a while. We booked a hotel with a pool specifically so we wouldn't haven't stayed here if we knew it would close so early. The reason we were given was that there were no lights out there. We saw that it was still pretty well light from surrounding lights but also one right in the pool area. So if you are closing because there is no light, please get a light out there. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star stay for sure. Th staff was friendly, everything was very clean. The bed was alright and there's plenty of places to walk to for food and shopping.

Horrible absolutely horrible . rude people!! no real breakfast. If you want to ruin your vacation go here . guaranteed to ruin it smelly water . smelly room . wont refund my money for the horrible night i stayed there . only good thing is parking thats all !
