フィードバックを提供するI had a third star, but I took him back. I'm back in town to sit at home. I shake a huge bowl and decided I wanted a few Chinese. I fired a delivery app and this place was nearby and had a short waiting time. Soo ordered a quarter (I am fat) of Szechuan beef and some steamed dumplings. Like I said, I'm fat. Beef was meh. Not much taste. Everything looked fantastic and fresh! But it wasn't salty enough. I even added soy sauce, which is extremely salty and it didn't have that pop yet. The rice was typically steamed rice. The dumplings were hot and that was the problem. They put them hot in the container and they cooked. So they were a little soggy. Overall, the taste was average. I'll go back and add that third star. I think it was just a Wednesday evening in Winter Haven and it is the middle of the week blahs affect all. Plus in really stoned.
I work nearby and used to eat here quite a bit, but unfortunately, some places haven’t really bounced back after COVID. The food is now terrible! I’ve given them multiple chances to improve, but I just can’t bring myself to order again. The bourbon chicken tasted like it was salvaged from someone’s unclaimed chicken and broccoli order. Nice effort, but you can't mask the taste of steamed broccoli. The chicken seemed overcooked, dry, and hard—overall, it was a $20 meal that was completely inedible.
My order wasn't ready at the promised time, and I was charged more than the price listed online. The chicken was extremely overcooked, leaving it with a burnt taste that made it inedible. Additionally, the shrimp and chicken combo was excessively salty. I had hoped for a better experience after a previous disappointment, but once again, I was let down.
I ordered through Uber, and the food was fantastic! It was a bit pricey, but everything was delicious and served hot. I don't understand the negative comments I've heard.
I ordered her egg rolls, now in my opinion the bitter root or cabbage or whatever it was that she was laid in, was very sharp in taste and smell, could not finish it as it smells like chemicals. It is an acquired taste and I think they should not put bitter items in a dish just because they feel like it. I love egg rolls, but not those of Eddies. I had much better in my opinion not to supply too bad the place with large savory tasty egg rolls. It is not pleasing to bite in bitterness, and will no longer order from here.
