Arby's - Winter Haven

Everything was accounted for, which is rare when it comes to fast food establishments, especially on Doordash. my only complaint would be that the chicken nuggets were hard. I dont think this is the fault of the store. arbys just doesnt have good chicken. even the sandwiches are sort of hard and snappy. its not a palatable texture at all. so if youre ordering arbys Id suggest ordering something they are better known for. save your chicken craving for zaxbys and the like.

They gave us a free roast beef sandwich which was nice in thought, but it tasted like it went bad. it should have been thrown in the trash, the color of it was pretty much grey.

Jamal aljabal is the assistant manager one of the best. eating is great and he was very helpful to me.

Great service and manager helped when the girl who took my order did not quite understand what my orders were. I call that great service. She could have said very well that you paid for it and if you want it, you have to pay for it now. But she didn't just make it for me and apologized, and in return I said there was no excuse.

I was on my way home after playing with my band last night. While a number of cars were waiting to order unhealthy food at the well-known Taco Square in Winter Haven, I decided to try something healthier at Arby. I didn't have much time. It was near the closing time, but the manager, Gina took the time and was very helpful to explain the decisions they had. I chose the Brisket Sandwich meal that I really enjoyed and felt much better after eating. What I really appreciated was the patience and kindness Gina and the staff showed by keeping some extra minutes open to serve me. I'm a new fan of our local Arbys and will be a bit earlier next time Gina?
