Five Guys - Winter Garden

Not sure what happened to this place. Used to be my favorite but hamburger was slapped together hastily with small strands of lettuce half on the meat and most on the paper wrap. Fries were cold, greasy and last time will be going to this establishment. Such a pity.

Went 15 minutes before closing and food was still excellent.

I found it to be decent. I didn't feel like explaining my order to the cashier. The meat was flavorless. The overall experience was okay, but Shake Shack is better. However, in 2024, the service has improved.

This restaurant is always too cold. It's not a pleasant experience to sit and enjoy a meal.

The food was delicious at this restaurant. You have the option to customize your burger toppings. The fries are made from real potatoes. The staff was friendly and we were even offered salted peanuts while waiting for our order.
