Checkers - Winter Garden

Downgrade. I stopped today and made a simple order. It took 30 minutes until the crew brought them together. They got my order mixed with one of the customers behind me I saw telling them and they tried to argue with me. This is not a hard job to find McDonalds, BK or Wendys right there.

It?s getting a 1 star because this place seems to always be closed when it come to making a drive through order. Half the time is never busy so stop lying about being open until 3am when clearly it closes at 12.

Those sandwiches look sick!! I'm not going to another CHECKERS never again!! It wasn't anyone in the drive-thru. That was my sign not to go there but I did anyways. McDonald's across the street had cars wrap around the building. My husband told me to go WAWA'S. I should've listened. You tell me what kind of sandwiches is this?? No kind of love in your food. You had all the time in the world and you made us this??? Wow!! Did y'all train your employees on how to make a sandwich?? I was so disappointed when we got home. ? No stars for me!!!

After waiting in the drive thru line for 27 minutes the car ahead of me just ordered and when I get up to the order screen and they said they were closed due to being short staff. There were 2 employees out side talking at their cars. This was such bulls& . They need to tell you before waiting all that time very unprofessional.

When I can get food here, it?s great. Love the fries especially. However, they fairly consistently close well before the advertised 3 AM, despite a worker in the building to tell me they?re closed and lights being on. It?s happened as early as 11:30, and is pretty frustrating. Seems like they need to hire more people.
