Wingstop - Winston-Salem

The food is consistently well-prepared and cooked to perfection at this restaurant. The service is usually good, but it can be slower during shift changes. The atmosphere is typical of Wingstop, with the added bonus of a special drink machine.

I ordered my food online and was told it would be ready in 13-18 minutes. However, I ended up waiting 50 minutes. While I understand it was the dinner rush, the wait was still quite long. I ordered wings, but to my disappointment, they were the worst wings I have ever tasted, even worse than frozen grocery store wings. Unfortunately, I am currently sick from eating them and had to call out of work at 5 am. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I suggest you also avoid it.

My family and I went to Wingstop around 6:30 today and did not receive our food until around 7:45. The service was extremely poor. Not only did we have to wait over an hour for our food, but it turns out they gave us the wrong order. It is disappointing to see the decline in quality at this restaurant.

Worth the long wait time. They have the best wings.

Thank You Tamera! Great Customer service! I ordered a sauce that was too hot. All my fault. They were so nice, they remade my order and let me try the sauces before to make sure it wasn’t too spicy for me. EVERYONE WAS SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL.
