Marco's Pizza - Winston Salem

Customer service is exceptional here. I ordered some pizzas for my crew for lunch for pick-up and the lady (I wish I had got her name) offered to bring them to my car without hesitation. The food was fresh, hot and amazing. Thank you.

My family loves Marco?s pizza, but you can?t get a cup of water?? I went once and asked for water while I waited for my pizza. I got a cup of ice water. I mentioned that I thought it was a law that restaurants had to be able to give you water. The manager said she was told by the health inspector she couldn?t give out water? I don?t understand that. Then yesterday went asked for ice water the cashier said ?tap water?? ? I said yes.. he said they don?t have ice and he had no way of giving me water at first. Then He asked if I wanted it cold?? I said yes. Then he gave me warm water. This restaurant needs to figure out its water issue.. is it all about the money aspect?? I don?t like drinking soda and tap water is more regulated then bottled water. Plus bottle water creates a lot of waste.. what do the employees drink???

Although, the pizza was good and order correct, the pizza cutting skills need some work. We had the 2-bite slice, some 3-bite slices and the 1/3 of the entire pizza slice instead of 6-8 closely equal slices. Try making this appear ?fair? when feeding multiple children.

As you know out in Lewisville once it hits 8-9pm everything and I do mean everything is closed or about to close. I was visiting friends and got in off the road later than expected. We decided to order out and discovered this Marco 's was one of the only pizza joints open. I found this Marco 's online and also made my order online as well and it couldn 't have been simpler. We ordered two pies. The first was called The Works Pizza which is pretty much a Supreme Pizza with Italian Sausage added to it. The 2nd pie was called The All Meat Pizza which you can guess is a Meat Lovers. Delivery time wasn 't log at all. Maybe about 30 minutes which is pretty good for this neck of the woods. Upon arrival both pizza 's were built very well with the toppings evenly spread across the entire surface of the pies. I thought they looked so good they could have been used in a promo. The the dough was fresh and the toppings were also high quality. Dinner was wonderful. Last but not least the drivers (there was two in the car) were friendly and professional. I wouldn 't hesitate to order from here again in the future when I visit Lewisville. An easy 5 stars.

Great Customer service! We brought 3 large pizzas, and 1 medium, and 2 hoagies for around $50. Our cashier made sure we took advantage of the right discounts so we got more for our money. And pizza was great! Pictures speak to it! I didnt even get whole pie pictures!
