フィードバックを提供するI had breakfast there today, and the food was delicious. My server, Heather, was fantastic! The entire team did an incredible job, even though they were a bit short-staffed. However, I was disappointed with the team leader, Sheryl. When I complimented the food and service, she barely acknowledged me. I asked if she heard me, and her response was simply, "You said the food was good." There was no smile or even a "thank you" for the compliment. I understand the pressure she was under, but it's important to show appreciation when a customer offers kind words. Great job to the whole team! XOXO
I will not be returning to this Perkins. First of all, we were not greeted at all when we arrived. Additionally, the manager at the front seemed to be glaring at me the whole time, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. When she finally asked for my name, her attitude was noticeably unprofessional. After calling our names, she instructed us to seat ourselves, which was surprising since she had seated everyone ahead of us without any trouble. Because of this experience, my family and I chose to leave and dine elsewhere. The sense of discrimination was evident and unacceptable, and I will not be spending my money at this establishment again.
I arrived on a Sunday morning and waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Meanwhile, my white neighbor in a suit was served within 5 minutes. The waiter kept glancing over at us. After 1.5 hours, we finally asked the manager about our server. The server, an older lady with glasses who seemed to be in a hurry, took another 30 minutes to bring out our food, but it was the wrong order. Perkins, you really need to hire another server!
That was a great happy surprise. Manager has introduced our server chase. Chase was fabulous. Everything came hot and delicious. Country fried steak was tasteful. We even ordered desert to take home, per our server recommendation. overall and overall win. Surely it'll be back.

It's too bad they have a team leader named Sheryl who didn't even react to me when I told her that food and service were great. I understand the pressure under which she was standing, but if you get friendly words from a customer, be grateful to help her team appreciate yourself!!! Great work on the whole team!! XOXO
