Wendy's - Winnsboro

I ordered fish sandwiches, a baked potato, and chili online. After waiting for about 40 minutes, I was informed that they didn't have the fish or potato. They only offered me replacements. Since I had already paid for my order and it was too late to cancel, I didn't receive a refund. The person at the window mentioned that there should be a number or something I could call for assistance.
