Pho Cuu Long - Winnipeg

This is our favourite Pho place in the city. The food is delicious (all of what we've been able to try off the extensive menu) and the people are lovely. I just want to say how very much my friend and I enjoyed our meal last night. We found this restaurant online and enjoyed a totally amazing grouping of food items. We both agreed that the hot and sour soup and the Shanghai noodles were the best we had ever eaten--and that's saying a lot coming from two almost-80-year-olds, as we've both eaten in a huge number of Asian restaurants. The salad rolls were great, with a very tasty peanut sauce, and--what a nice surprise--the eggplant dish chosen from the grouping of eggplant dishes was absolutely delicious. I live just five minutes away, so will be returning often, while my friend who lives in Kelowna has decided that a visit to Pho Cuu Long will be a must during her annual visits to Winnipeg. Was driving down St Mary’s looking for a nice place to grab a bite with my girlfriend and we stopped here. Incredibly beautiful relaxing environment with such kind staff, amazing artwork and relaxing music.Takeout was flying out the door when we arrived and the rice noodle tofu dish we had was absolutely delectable.They even brought us a place of strawberries near the end of our food.Hugely recommend and we will be back!Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetarian options!Kid-friendliness: Super polite and relaxing environment, perfect for a family dinner.Dietary restrictions: More than willing to work with us for vegetarian dishes!

The pho broth has a wonder flavour. The price is great and the service is prompt. Everyone there seemed happy.
