Lotus Palace - Wingham

We have eaten Chinese all over Australia and this was a 9/10. Thoroughly enjoyable. You are a fool if you let this one go by. The chilli sauce was the best i have ever tasted.

Anyone that thinks this is GOOD needs to get out more!

Have been going to this place for many many years, love the food and Lisa is an amazing cook.

The worst Chinese food experience we’ve ever had. Should have known it wasn’t going to be good when at 6:00pm on a Friday night they asked would we like to switch the air conditioning on because no one else was in there. The coke arrived it was flat, the curried king prawns the sauce was an unusually dark green and more like a paste, not a pleasant taste or texture.. the rice was dry like it was reheated and the chicken and ham rolls had a weird texture. The best part of the meal was the sweet and sour sauce for the ham and chicken rolls. Then to top it off the eftpos machine wasn’t working and we had to go to Coles to get cash out and drop it in, they were lucky we returned with money at all. Recommend the bent cafe down the street if in town, a much more pleasant experience.

I'd rather stay hungry.... Possibly thee worst meal that i have very eaten. I cant begin to comprehend why chicken curry would taste like soup. The three dinners they had may have been a good reflection on the quality of food.
