We were informed that delivery would take 45-60 minutes, but it actually took 75 minutes. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold.

This is the worst pizza I have ever had. I ordered a King Size Pizza with 4 toppings for a celebration. The pizza was extremely hard to chew, with crust that was difficult to eat and not enough sauce and cheese. The bottom of the pizza was also very hard. The pineapple on the pizza was not fresh, it was white instead of yellow. The included drinks, either 2 liters or 4 cans of soda, were good. Despite tipping for the service, I was really disappointed. I had high expectations and wanted to support a local business, but sadly, the pizza was a letdown.
