I was here for one of my virgin-Bachelorette parties and I treated about 13 girls in a bottle. when the check and my credit card returned, there was an additional fee of $55...so from $120 to 175. call her bank when that happens because windsor won't knock. they claim they can't stop charging. the server will say a thing, but then the bartender says something else. they also lost two of the girls cards from our party

I have lived in baltimore for 10 years and have always enjoyed eating at the windsor. 2/28/2021, I placed and ordered for food at the windsor by eating. the driver calls me 20 minutes before they should arrive with my order, and said that the windsor said, someone came and took my food 5 minutes before the uber esst driver came. at this point I am confused. they and I (the uber frisst driver) go back and forth for a minute before I hear someone in the background, say that there is another uber frisst driver and he took 2 commands including mine. I knew immediately that this was a lie, because if an order is assigned to this driver, no one can take it. I called the restaurant to complain to me and do they know that they took me in the handle and held me in the handle? I think it's crazy that companies that think blooming, it's in order to treat the patrons a certain kind. my order was $80. the fact that they do not think that my care was valid enough to hear for them, let me know that this is not a business worth my time or my money in the future. is that eating good? yes. are the drinks strong? Yeah, but they're not always good. in any case they are serious. this situation has a very bitter taste in my mouth and it should give everyone who read this review a presentation of what kind of business they run and the worth they see in the people who spend their hard earned money there. one is safe and two for sure, I will never spend another meal in the windsor inn, ever. unprofessional, tasteless and rude.

Since the early 80s, I have eaten crawling there. over 100 times had never had a bad experience. it's been a few years ago, but the owner jimmy holds a beautiful place. kevin sling

Excellent eating and reasonable prices. the drinks were good and not watered, eating ink take a long time to arrive and the karaoke was beautiful.

We really enjoyed the seafood, the soup was delicious, but the salad bar was a little weak. (not enough selections). No follow-ups for refills, but they were quick to remove empty dishes from your table. We really enjoyed the old school music...
