Never once been disappointed by the food. It’s fantastically good. Excellent helpings. Lovely friendly people.

Beware. Poor communication, they dont listen to phone order clearly, or want to clarify or confirm the order. Missing basic phone order etiquettes They werein a hurry to put the phone down before my teenage son could ask them confirm the charges. They did not quote the additional charge of £1.00 for more heat ! They ended up over-charging, dishonest staff !

Ordered the A2 and the chicken curry recipe has changed it the chef has changed. It tasted awful and it has really put me off. Rang the takeaway and the lady was not willing to take my feedback. I doubt I will ever order again.

The Golden Phoenix always produces a tasty and well prepared meal every time we order a take away. The staff are always charming, helpful and efficient but sometimes they surpass themselves. The take away we had last night was the best Chinese food I have had anywhere in the world. Outstanding. Colin McKenzie
