Le Macaron - Windham

If I could give this place a zero-star rating, I would. I ordered a cake for my daughter's 12th birthday two days in advance and received a confirmation along with a call when it was ready for pick up. However, when I arrived, I was given a completely different flavor that one of my children dislikes. The staff simply said, "I hope this is okay; we ran out of the other." Now, my daughter has no birthday cake for her party this year.

Their croissants are absolutely amazing! The macarons are delightful as well. It's a bit pricey, but definitely worth a splurge for a special occasion. We tried both the croissant flavors and sampled the caramel, praline, and birthday cake macarons.

The menu also includes a variety of French baked goods and desserts. I recommend pairing one of the macarons with their selection of coffee or espresso while enjoying the ambiance, either at a cozy table or at the bar. The atmosphere is quiet, making it a great place to catch up on your favorite book or to study. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves macarons!

I wanted to try a French caffe with my big daughter. she is studying French. the makkaroni was excellent. not the cheapest place for sweets, but this a special trip.

We brought home a dozen assorted flavors, and they were delicious. We have to go back and try the rest of the flavors!
