The Dove Inn - Winchester

Lovely pub, great atmosphere. Really welcoming and friendly. Nice to be able to take the dogs in, the food was Devine and thoroughly enjoyed it. We went on Saturday and went back for Sunday lunch because we loved the food so much. Highly recommend

We visited here today for our Wedding anniversary lunch while on a forest lodge break a short distance away. What a great little find. The food was absolutely amazing and you could tell it was made with love and care. The set up inside is really beautiful, tastefully decorated with a great little lid burner for those cold days. It’s a must visit while in the area and we highly recommend it. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience today, we will definitely be back next time we are on the mainland.

We stayed at The Dove Inn for a couple of nights while my wife and her friend went on a tour of a local gin distillery. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and welcoming atmosphere from Charlie the landlord, his wife, the staff, and the locals. We enjoyed delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner during our stay, including the opportunity to try authentic Polish food, beer, and whisky that Charlie specially opened for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was quiet and relaxing. This was possibly the best pub stay I have ever had, thanks to everyone for making our experience so pleasant.

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly kind and attentive. The food was expertly cooked and served elegantly. The rooms had a unique charm and were cozy. Everything was very clean and inviting.

Wonderful place,extremely friendly people who own the Inn.Good price,Rooms were good,bed comfortable and the Full English Bfast was excellent.Lovely bar too.
