I truly hope that restaurants adapt to the changing times, but the shortage of hospitality staff often leads to a lack of empathy and care, which can really affect the dining experience for my family and me. However, this particular Wendy's goes above and beyond to ensure their guests are well cared for. The service is five stars, and the food is also five stars—it's one of the few places left where you can genuinely expect quality. The management is present, and the staff genuinely seems to enjoy their work. I highly recommend it to anyone who is tired of cold fries and microwaved burgers at McDonald's.

Quick, simple, and delicious—that's my experience every time I visit Wendy's. You've never messed up my order, and the staff is always friendly. I typically don't eat inside, but when I do, the place is always clean, and the food arrives just as quickly as it does through the drive-thru.
