Little Caesars Pizza - Winchester

Terrible service... went in an hour before closing, and they had only 3 pizzas and said they didn't do anymore... tried to call 5 times before I went there and they refused to answer the phones... worse little Caesar's experience ever... will turn to companies

The cashier was very polite and courteous, but when I got home and we realized something from the order was missing, we called the store to let them know what had happened. We thought an honest mistake it happens. The girl that answered the phone immediately got rude and accused us of lying, why would someone lie about such a small item. It would have cost more in gas to go back to get it than the cost of the missing item. The bread sticks were hard as bricks, the garlic sauce was foul tasting, the thin crust wasn't completely done, and rude terrible customer service. The deep dish pizza wasn't completely cooked but we warmed it up in the oven and it was ok. Not sure how this store has a 4 star rating when just about every review I read has 1 or 2 stars. Little Caesar's wont be getting any more of my business. I should have went to Lidos !!!

Great experience the last 3 times I've been in. New guy onsite who I assume is a new manager has this place running like clockwork. Excellent pizza and a great value!

Absolutely the worst little Ceasars ever manager tonight 11-7-21 is one of the worst managers I've ever came across at any business. All because I asked which one of my pizzas was light sauce she jumped at me and said she would just refund the hole order and to leave. Rude rude rude rude

It?s sad when you ask for fresh pizza to be made, they say it?s good enough and give you the oldest pizza you could get. Called back the next day hoping to talk to someone a little bit nicer but all they said is that I?m a liar. Would never wish this horrible place on my worse enemy. I can?t wait to feel better soon.
