Jdw The Bear - Wiltshire

The worst place I have been to we only ordered two deserts which wherent there after half an hour so went up to staff and they said it was ready and they would bring it now ,after another ten minutes it still wasn’t there so I went to get it myself and my bowl was covered in tomato sauce (I had dessert) I asked for it to be remade ,the cutlery wasn’t given to us to we went to get it ourselves where flies flew out.the brownie was rock solid and tasted burnt and the the rest was cold and the icecream had melted .

This is possible the best weatherspoons I've ever been in. The staff were so lovely, and really tried to accommodate us with the rugby match (management please replace the remote!! The food was okay for a weatherspoons and the service was excellent. It's also a lovely looking pub. Recommended

Staff are sweating like pigs can see the sweat dripping from their forehead rolls and took 20 minutes to bring me a Pepsi max and a smoothie now my son is screaming and shouting and crying because he wanted his smoothie

We was disappointed. We both had mix grill. The peppercorn sauce pot was covered with sauce all around handle and outside the pot. Looked like we was given someone's left over sauce. The food was luke warm. Chips was even colder. The knife and fork We was given was dirty. We therefore did not enjoy our lunch.

This is a Wetherspoons so like most people I have tried food all over the UK in their various pubs but this was by a long chalk the best breakfast I have tried in any of them!
