Koi Fusion Wilsonville

This place is fantastic! I've been dining here for years, but there were always long lines for her groceries. Now I understand what the hype is about, and I'll definitely be in line the next time I spot the car.

I arrived just before closing time, but I was still able to enjoy a fresh and delicious Korean fusion rice bowl. A big thank you to the friendly staff member who made my dinner enjoyable. The mild salsa had the perfect level of spiciness for me, but they also offer medium and hot options if you're looking for something with more heat. The portion of protein was definitely generous; I had enough left over for lunch the next day. My only request would be for more vegetables in the bowl. I'll be keeping an eye out for that option during my next visit!

I decided to try Coi Fusion and ordered a burrito. While I was waiting for my food, I noticed that the worker was not wearing gloves, which made me uncomfortable and I didn't want to eat the burrito anymore. Additionally, I saw a lot of flies around, which was quite off-putting. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience.

This place went downhill fast! Every single time we come here they are focused on catering orders and don?t tell you that up front, so you order and wait forever! Food always comes out wrong and the chips are always burnt. I am done coming here sadly.

The food is delicious but tough to justify the price per portion and the portions seem to be getting smaller. My bowl was noticably lighter today than last week. I'm guessing they weigh everything so not sure why that would be. Don't think I can justify/afford this place any longer. I get that food costs are rising along with everything else so I sympathize with the challenges business owners have. The staff are always friendly and the food is very tasty so I hate to have to cut back or stop going altogether. Inflation sucks.
