Kasse was new, without support or guidance to work. we were not greeted and he looked unhappy. no attempt of a positive adjustment. waited 15 minutes for a simple order. they gave our orders to the wrong people. 5 minutes and cold burgers. not good.

I wish I had not even stopped here. This place is so slow. I am on lunch break and the drive thru line was backed up at least 10 deep. I sat there for about 8 minutes before the line even moved, two cars in front of me drove away. When I got to the window I specified that I wanted my burger plain, I heard the cashier tell someone I want my burger plain. Still waited at the window for my food too. You would think it would have been hot since there was a wait. But no, everything in the bag was warm at best. My burger that I requested plain was all the way and the cheese was not melted. I ordered a diet coke, not sure what that was they gave me but it was disgusting and there was no napkins in the bag. I stopped coming here a long time ago due to these same issues, thought maybe they had improved over time but guess I was wrong.

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Both drink machines were broken, which meant customers had to go up to get their own drinks. There was a dead bug at the entrance, and the floor was dirty, making it quite slippery. It felt chaotic with spills all over the place. To make matters worse, the service was incredibly slow. Overall, it was a highly disappointing experience. Date of visit: 05/03/2019.

The restaurant has definitely improved since the changes were implemented. However, the only downside was the soda machine, which wasn't working properly. Even though it’s a modern machine, not all the drinks were available. That was a bit disappointing!

Every time I dine here, there's an issue with the food. I think it's time for me to stop coming. This time, I ordered two chili dishes, and they were nothing but sauce, plus there was no straw for my drink. That's over $13 wasted! What a disappointment!
