Incredible staff! We had a wonderful meal and an unforgettable experience at this restaurant. The team even played music for my daughter, keeping us entertained throughout our visit. I've been to many Waffle Houses in various states, but this one is now my favorite. Thank you all for your amazing service—keep up the fantastic work! We'll definitely be back.
I am an elderly person, 81 years and when I came to the Waffle House, there were two open and three sittings at the bar. I have problems sitting on bar stools and asking if I could sit in a standing position. a guy said I could. when I sit down, the waiters came and informed me that a person cannot sit in the stand. I got up, went to check and ask if I speak to manager or responsible person. I was informed that no one was senior, so I left. they should be aware that some older people have some needs and do not discriminate. I went to ihop and they were glad to serve an elderly man. The mann house service.
The waitress seemed alright, but overall, it was a terrible breakfast experience. I left the bacon and waffle on the table because I had had enough. The chef's performance was disappointing, and the waitstaff were lackluster. I decided not to return to Waffle House this morning. When I called the number on the website to express my concerns, I was greeted with a voicemail that wasn’t set up. Edit: I later received a call from a Waffle House representative who expressed his regret and promised to send me a care package from Waffle House. However, his service was just as poor as the restaurant experience—I've never heard from him again, nor have I received any package. I just expect better from a place I’ve always relied on for a good meal.
