Seasons Pizza - Wilmington

This is my favorite restaurant! They make the best pizza and have amazing deals all the time. I love their extra-large pizza with two toppings for just $12.99—it’s the perfect deal! I order from this place every week.

I received my order incorrectly twice, the salad was dry and unwashed, and to top it off, there was a dead fly on the salad.

I didn't have a good experience at the restaurant. I ordered the lunch special, but the food was undercooked. They also didn't provide the drink I ordered. Additionally, I ordered a dessert but received the wrong one. Overall, my entire order was messed up.

Long time customer 1. Mal complaint, I have eaten season pizza probably more than 15 years now and after my last experience not back. After an hour to wait for my order and call and find out they didn't even begin, there were about 30 minutes more minutes to them because I understand that the people are busy and companies are short employees when I recall in 30 minutes later, I was asked if I wanted to talk to the manager I didn't want to do it to this point their employees. Manager refused to come with me on the phone and I could hear that he screamed in the background, telling him that his food will be there in 7 minutes. No offer to get on the phone, no excuses don't worry for the customer at all. I decided to ask the supplier what was going on, and he told me that my food was sitting on the counter while the manager told us nothing about it. Almost a whole 2 hours of experience just waiting for some food. after a long working day to deal with frustrations and then finally get my food and it is cold. I didn't even have the energy to complain to me, and who even wanted to complain to the manager was not on the phone anyway. Would recommend one of the other numerous pizza sites that are located in the area of Maryland there are tons of them that would love your business.

The store was short staffed but friendly. I had to wait a little longer for my tuna salad.
