Nikki's Gourmet Sushi Independence Mall

Not a fan.. I came to this location because a fellow yelper seemed to be very pleased with this spot. I drove across town to shop at mall and grabbing a bite.. here's my likes and dislikesLikes:Happy to see sushi in the mall given the usual other options . The staff seemed very niceSushi came out fairly fastDislikes:At first seemed like no one was working.. no one at counter and I stood there for over 5 min before I got service. I was not impressed overall with the sushi. I get the same thing all time because it's easy and doesn't take long but this just wasn't as good as I hoped. They do not hav e tea so I just got a water.. it's just not my kinda sushi Place. I overall don't think I'll be coming back.

Exceptional sushi, I'm lucky to have this place in town. So far the shrimp ones are my favorite.

I absolutely love their salmon, avocado and cucumber sushi! Always fresh, always delicious!
